When do I get my first package?

We pack your box within 3 working days. From there, it's 1–2 working days on the road, depending on your location and carrier.

After that first delivery, mark the date in your calendar because your next package lands on that same day every cycle (every month, every two, or every three, depending on what you picked).

Don't worry, we'll always give you a heads-up before a new one ships, so you can clear some cellar space in time.

Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?

Yes, all three. Skip lets you jump one delivery (handy if you're traveling or still working through last month's box). Pause puts the whole subscription on hold for as long as you want. Cancel ends it completely. All of it from your account, in a few clicks, no questions asked.

How often will I be charged?

You're charged automatically on the date your next box ships: monthly, every two months, or every three, depending on what you picked. No surprises.

What if I don't like one of the wines?

Tell us. Honestly. We want to get to know what you like and don’t like to we can make sure you get the box that perfectly matches your pallet.

Can I change my subscription type later?

Yes. Switch from 3 to 6 bottles, change the frequency, or move to a different package - all from your account. No fees, no fuss.
