Can I add products after I’ve placed my order?
As long as your order hasn’t been shipped, we can still add products to it.
Simply email us at hello@clubdamis.com with your order number and the items you’d like to add. We’ll then send you an email with a payment link.
Can I merge multiple orders?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to combine separate orders. We also can’t refund shipping costs if multiple orders were placed individually.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
A confirmation email is automatically sent after every order. If you haven’t received one, please check your spam folder first — sometimes the email ends up there.

I noticed you ship from West Flanders — why is that?
We share our logistics operations with another brand in our portfolio. Thanks to this setup, we’ve already processed thousands of orders. Your data is safe with us, and we treat your order with the utmost care.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Before sending anything back, please read our Refund Policy.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirming that it has been completed.
You’ll also receive a separate email with a track & trace code so you can follow your package.
