Why we love this bottle

Villbrygg is a Norwegian producer working with fermented grain as the base for complex, wine-like non-alcoholic drinks. FJELL, Norwegian for ‘mountain’, was their first release, inspired by the spare landscape of the Norwegian highlands.

We love it because FJELL 01 tastes like what it says it is. The mountain came to the glass.
