Why we love this bottle

Baratuciat is one of those Piedmont grapes that nearly disappeared, kept alive only by a few growers who never pulled their old vines out. The fruit is picked early to keep the wine firm and dry, and the short skin contact brings texture in a measured, controlled way — enough to give direction, never enough to distract.

Ette sits in that small group of wines that feel both familiar and new. It has grip, clarity and a savoury edge, but nothing about it is loud or pushed. It’s a wine built on trust: trust in the growers, trust in the grape and trust in the idea that simplicity can carry real identity.

We love it because it turns a nearly forgotten variety into something quietly compelling.
