Why we love this bottle

Sam Lambson launched Minimalist Wines in 2019, aged 21, investing his savings into grapes and a rented cellar. The name says it all: minimal intervention, let the grapes and the site do the talking.

We love it because this is South African Syrah at its most elegant and its most honestly ambitious.
