Why we love this bottle

Far & Son is a Scandinavian producer that treats alcohol free drinks with the same discipline you would expect from a serious kitchen. They work with raw botanicals, whole fruits and flowers, relying on extraction, infusion and natural tannin rather than sweetness or additives. Hibiscus is built around whole dried hibiscus flowers that bring a natural acidity, colour and grip. This gives the drink its structure before any fruit is added.

The base is then layered with berries and gentle spices. Each ingredient is processed on its own. The hibiscus is steeped to capture its sharp, floral tone, the berries are treated for clarity and lift, and the spices are used sparingly to give quiet warmth. Nothing is blended for intensity. Everything is added to give shape. The result is a drink that moves more like a lightly tannic fruit wine than a soft drink, with acidity, texture and a dry finish that make sense at the table.
