Why we love this bottle

Far & Son is a small Scandinavian producer that builds alcohol free drinks through infusion and extraction, not through added flavourings. Their work is rooted in the idea that non alcoholic drinks should have structure, direction and a clear sense of place on the table. Gentle Thai shows that philosophy clearly. It is built around ingredients that are cornerstones of Thai cooking. Kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, galangal and green tea are handled separately so each keeps its own character. The citrus notes are extracted at low temperatures to keep them sharp, the galangal is used for warmth and aromatic depth, and the tea provides the fine tannins that hold everything together.

Nothing is rushed and nothing is amplified. The balance comes from careful extraction and from layering ingredients with purpose rather than intensity. The result is a drink that feels fresh, savoury and quietly complex, with a profile that makes sense both on its own and with food.
