Far & Søn is a Copenhagen producer that has built a serious reputation for complex, food-driven non-alcoholic drinks from fermented grape base combined with carefully selected Nordic botanicals. Their philosophy: complexity doesn’t need alcohol, it just needs patience and good ingredients.

We love it because Botanicals is the kind of non-alcoholic that works equally well as an aperitif and throughout the meal.

The Botanicals cuvée is the most delicate and floral of Far & Søn’s range: fermented grape base combined with lemon verbena, elderflower, fresh herbs and green apple. Dry and light with a clean finish.
