The Mâconnais has been moving toward a fresher, more precise style of Chardonnay, and Dorry is part of that shift. They work with clean fruit and gentle élevage that lets the minerality come through without heaviness. We love this bottle because it shows Southern Burgundy at its best: bright, honest and quietly detailed.
