Why we love this bottle

Bodegas Urbina was founded in 1870 in Cuzcurrita del Río Tirón, western Rioja Alta. Fourth-generation family estate with 75 hectares of estate vineyards. What makes Urbina unusual is its relationship with time: wines are released deliberately late, carrying years of barrel and bottle age before reaching the market.

We love it because a 25-year-old wine is a genuinely rare thing.
