Beskows is a Scandinavian producer that works almost entirely with orchard fruit and garden botanicals. Their approach is quiet and meticulous. They focus on apples and pears grown in cooler northern climates, where the fruit develops acidity and subtle aromatics rather than weight. Mona Pomona is built around these orchard varieties, supported by gentle botanical notes that give structure and a dry, composed finish. The fruit is pressed fresh, the infusions are done slowly and nothing is added to imitate alcohol.
