Why we love this bottle

ALTER is not designed to imitate wine, but to stand beside it with its own identity. CASCA is built from the ground up as an alcohol-free red cuvée, using cascara distillate, red grape must, verjus, roasted cacao husks, specialty decaf coffee and French oak. Everything is added with purpose: cascara for its dried-fruit clarity, coffee for body and structure, and the cacao and oak for depth normally found only in aged reds.

We love it because it shows that alcohol-free can still offer layers, grip and real craftsmanship without the intention of copying wine.
