Why we love this bottle

Cedro is created from the ground up as a non-alcoholic cuvée, made for the same moments when you would normally pour a dry white or an aperitif. ALTER grows its own herbs in open soil and distils them without alcohol to capture clean, bright primary aromas. These distillates are blended with fresh white grape varieties, apple, pear and citrus. Everything is sourced as real fruit, never from concentrate, and added with a clear purpose: structure, lift and a dry finish.

Cedro is crafted with intention rather than de-alcoholised or stripped back. Every layer is built deliberately so the drink behaves with the clarity and balance you expect at the table.

We love it because it offers a crisp and focused alternative that feels carefully made from start to finish. It is refreshing, upright and completely its own.
