The food is in the hands of Pieter Starmans, head chef at August, and Orlando Schuitema of Cobra House. Both of them go way back with our own Trésor to their days at The Jane, which makes this edition less of a collaboration and more of a reunion.​ They’ll take care of the food, Trésor will take care of the wine.
