Why we love this bottle

La Grange Tiphaine is a family domaine in Montlouis and Touraine, led by Coralie and Damien Delecheneau, who farm organically and biodynamically with a steady, thoughtful approach. Trinqu’âmes is their Sauvignon Blanc from the Touraine side, made from parcels that naturally give fresher, tighter fruit. The winemaking is straightforward: gentle pressing, clean fermentations and élevage that keeps the wine focused rather than rounded.

The result is a Sauvignon that avoids the flashy, aromatic style and instead shows clarity, grip and a straight, refreshing profile. It’s lean without feeling sharp.

We love it because it shows Touraine Sauvignon in its purest form. Crisp, calm and built on clean farming rather than exaggerated aromas.
