Why we love this bottle

Cul Sec is a Dutch producer specialising in fermented non-alcoholic drinks built around local and seasonal ingredients, with a philosophy borrowed from natural winemaking. The name means ‘bottoms up’ in French. Their drinks are made to behave like wine at the table.

We love it because L’Étable Fumé is genuinely interesting with food in a way that almost no other non-alcoholic drink manages.

L'Étable Fumé specifically is made of a fermented grape base with smoke and botanicals. L’Étable Fumé, ‘the smoked barn’, has a smoky, woody character layered over fermented grape and apple. Dry, slightly earthy, with a mineral length.
