Every bottle is just Tissot being Tissot.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA Crémant du Jura made entirely from estate fruit, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and topped up for the secondary fermentation with the estate's own fermenting vin de paille juice instead of commercial sugar. Indigène means everything comes from here. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trousseau, aged 13 months on the lees. Baked apple, pear skin and dried pineapple on the nose, with Jura nuttiness and a subtle oxidative edge.
